Spring Clean Your Energy, Not Just Your Closet

Hey Reader

Back in January, we talked about choosing what actually fits you. In February, we looked at how you stay in relationship with yourself once you’ve chosen.

Now it’s March. And this is usually when you start noticing what feels a little heavy.

The commitments you’re maintaining out of habit. The conversations that feel like work. The things you keep saying yes to because you always have.

Spring cleaning doesn’t have to mean tearing everything apart. Sometimes it just means being honest about what’s taking up space, both in your physical space and your energetic space, on your calendar and in your head.

Here are some questions by Type for you to contemplate this month:

Generators & Manifesting Generators: clear what your energy has already outgrown. Your sacral will tell you what’s done. You don’t need to overthink it.

Where am I still giving energy to something that no longer feels alive for me?

Projectors: clear what requires constant output or proving. Your energy management is not withdrawal. It’s precision.

Where am I staying available in ways that quietly drain me?

Manifestors: clear what restricts movement. Your autonomy creates energy.

Where am I managing other people’s expectations instead of following my own urges?

Reflectors: clear environments that aren’t reflecting you well. Your environment is everything.

Which spaces or people leave me feeling clearer — and which leave me feeling distorted?

You don’t need a big plan for this. Just pick one thing that feels done and let it be done. Or one thing that feels draining and adjust it.

Clear a little space and see what happens.

Your energy is smarter than you think. When you stop crowding it, it tends to show you what actually matters.

Spring cleaning is easier when you know what’s structural and what’s just clutter.

A Human Design reading helps you see the difference. Where your energy naturally flows. Where you’re carrying pressure that was never yours.

If you want clarity about what actually supports you, and what you’re ready to clear, you can book a session here.
