Hey Reader
By February, most of us aren’t thinking about goals as much as we are about ourselves. How we’re showing up. How much energy we have. What feels easier than expected. What feels heavier, and how we’re talking to ourselves about all of it.
I’m more interested in that part than anything you’ve committed to. Because the way you relate to yourself in the middle of real life, when motivation shifts, when emotions move, when timing changes, tells you far more about being in alignment than any plan ever will.
Consider these questions as you move through this month:
• Where in my life am I letting myself move at my own pace?
• Where am I rushing, pushing, or explaining myself out of what I actually feel?
• How do I usually respond when my energy dips or my mood shifts?
Whether you prefer journaling, meditation, or recording your thoughts as you walk in nature, really take some time to sit with these questions and feel them in your body.
Try to stay out of your head, just feel.
Self-trust isn’t about big leaps or perfect decisions. It lives in the quiet moments: noticing your energy, honoring your pace, and responding to yourself without judgment. This month, the best thing you can do is pay attention to those moments and see what they teach you.
Learning to relate to yourself, understanding who you are and how you are meant to operate in the world, is the real key to whatever goals you want to achieve.
